[Item Identification] Treasure Sand

Hey y'all, house behind mine fell yesterday morning, and I picked up some unknown items. Many of them I've been able to identify, but I cam across 5-6 pieces of "treasure sand". It looks like regular sand to me.

Does this come from mining? Fishing? I haven't found a link that identifies it. I assume is isn't too rare since I have several pieces.

Ah, thanks. I might suggest an edit to that page to reference "treasure sand" instead of just sand. So it's basically junk or cheap deco.
