Transferring house owner

Hi , has anyone transferred the owner of a house to another shard? Who then becomes house owner , next character in line?

Or is this even possible to do? Thanks for your time.

Yes, I have done it. I do not remember who becomes the new owner, it was awhile ago, but it can be done.

The name on the house remains the same. Houses are account bound, not character bound, so essentially the only way to get a new house owner name on a house is to drop and replace it. Or maybe resizing it would work. It doesn't affect anything, anyways, if you xfer the house owner. Every other account character can do the exact same stuff to the house/with the house that the owner can.
