I have a Tram Tower Straight NE of COVE on the East side of the bay right on the road nothing blocking it (In between Covetous and Compassion)

Fel Keep right near Spirituality no spawn at all.

Has not sold yet just finished cleaning it up. Make me an offer and I am not overly greedy. Figured it could be used more by someone else.

Will post my ICQ/AIM when I get home from work.
