trade deals

I had noticed that Skara currently has no trade deal in effect and after checking noticed Magincia as well as Jhelom do not either. I did not check others, but wondering if this is a glitch, anti establishment moment or something else in play for Napa Valley.

I ran around and checked New Mag and Skara have govs but they haven't chosen a deal. Maybe they do not know??
Jhelom, Moonglow - no gov
Brit and Trinsic - guild of assassins
Yew and Minoc- guild of arcane arts

Might be a topic for discussion during the next gov meeting.
