you can't do it in nutty river, because
1-as you say all the buildings are usually taken if in fact there are any, and
2-you have a 1 in 4 shot that the invasion called will be law.
if you need 300 lawbots you gotta do it out of the river so you don't enter a law building and all of a sudden be faced with yesmen or movers.
my friend is on the 14400 and she has done law buildings out of the river for over 13000 of them (i did mine in the da's). if you want to take advantage of invasions for points, and get lawbots at same time, then yes da is your only true option, but very time consuming.
if i had 300 to get- i would definitely tag up with someone who wanted to work a gag or who needed buildings and i'd hit up as many law buildings in polar as i could. if you play with the cogs on the 5th floor-you can get 200 points for your gags in every building.
