Tokuno artifacts drops working?

Hey guys, i just want to no if the tokuno artifact drops is working. i almost killed a thousand tsukis and bake kitunes and have no chance to drop a single artifact! even with perfection(1000 luck). Thx

I think it would really be great if systems like this could be reactivated from time to time. No need for most of these to run forever, and no need to tell everyone that they were reactivated beforehand.
