"Toggle Loot Bag" in Standard EC

There is an icon in the standard EC that says "Toggle Loot Bag". When i drag it to a hot bar i click it and it gives me a targeting cursor, but no matter what bag i target inside my main pack it always says "That container is not accessible". Anyone know how to make it work? (it is under the "other" actions in macros)

Double click to open the bag you want to use as your loot bag, keep it open then use the toggle loot bag option on it. After that you can close the bag.
