Tinkering Runics?

Obviously...they are going to have to bring them in with Garg Earrings, Necklace, Ring, Bracelet ... all being in tinkering, I know imbuing works of them but WoW about trying to make a really nice peice...anyone heard any news about this yet?...Also bringing these in will affect other objects such as hatchets, cleavers, etc...
