I didn't try, but my obvious guess is that the box will disappear and you won't get anything in its place

Call it a strong hunch that it will disappear.

I've never been punched in throat either but I'm thinking that'd hurt like hell.

So neither of these things are proven definitively but the outcomes have a large probability of not being favorable.

But the boxes that you get once you click are NICER and you get to keep. Also noticing that no matter how many or what kind of BODs are turned in determines the type and value of the gift. I turned in 10 high valued bods on this character and got a PILLOW (green with a heart on it). My tailor turned in a 10 point bod (one BOD) and got a sculpture.
But I need to get my dread character turning in BODs to get the RED items I am told.
