Would this weapon be worth using on a sampire, If imbued with either Swing speed or stam leech? Could possibly up some of the other stats if Enough weight was left...

If you imbue it with either SSI or HSL, you'd be fine. I recommend SSI instead of HSL though.

No. You need both the SSI and HSL. That may be a 2.5 wep, but if you get hit a few times without HSL going off, you're going to be an even more dead vampire.
