I was able to steal a black dyed Soulseeker off a guy by a vendor shop on Atlantic. I think Omega tried before me but the guy called the guards. Somehow, I managed to successfully steal it undetected at 9 stones! Unfortunately, I don't have proof with a screen shot since I had to move fast and there was tons of people! Still, thought I'd try to strike up some interest in this post!
