The good citizens of Legends were called to Buc's Den this evening to continue the quest set forth by the TimeLord.

Arriving in Buc's Den, they were met by Dupre.

"Good evening and well met fair citizens. As you have already learned, Hawkwind has discovered a plot my Minax. He has called me to assist you in finding the second Gem. Obviously it is here in Felluca. There will be great dangers. The greatest of Akalabeth's Rubies was Wolfgan's Sun Ruby, which Mondain twisted into the Gem. Between the fall of Akalabeth and the Shattering, most of the original mines collapsed and are lost to the ages. However, a great cache of such rubies was buried with the final king of Akalabeth, Wolfgang himself."

"The problem is getting to it. First, the crypt is a terrible place of traps and a necromantic curse Mondain placed on his kin. Second, Minax is very powerful on the facet of Felucca and has convinced other to hinder the recovery efforts."

"I can take you to the first Crypt...after that you are on your own. Be careful and make haste...."

And with that, Dupre opened a gate and the citizens of Legends stepped through...

Finding themselves in an underground crypt, they tread lightly...soon coming up against creepy spiders and evil undead. Making their way through the narrow passageway, they soon came upon a cave entrance. Hesitating briefly, the brave citizens entered the cave...​

​

Immediately they were assaulted by Cursed Cousins of Minax, the ones Dupre had warned them about. Bent on helping the evil Minax and stopping the citizens at any cost.

Fighting valiantly, they soon found themselves at the entrance to a foreboding maze filled with more evils and flaming walls that blocked their paths.

Slowly but steadily making their way through the maze and underground crypt, dispatching the evil cousins one by one, the citizens succeeded in eradicating the crypt of all of Minax's evil minions, retrieving all of the rubies and returning victoriously back to Buc's Den to tell Dupre the good news.

And thus the second Gem of the four is recovered. What evils await them when next they have to retrieve the third gem?

Until then, rest well, fair citizens of Legends. You fought well and bravely and returned victorious!​
