As you can see, it was another crazy week-end on Drachenfels .​

I hope you enjoyed last week first edition of the Week-end Madness.​

It is time again to look back to all the crazy things we did during the week-end.​

​

On Friday we joined the 28th edition of the Knuckleheads Auction.​

​

​

​

Many bidders came but you could wonder if they came for the lovely auctioneer Julia or did they all want to come on TV!​

​

​

​

On Saturday we went for the 14th time to Exodus.​

​

​

​

On Sunday we had a surprise visit of the Dark Lady herself! ​

Mesanna came to paint her Halloween masks and her pumpkins!​

​

​

​

After her visit we helped the three eyed general to recover another stolen statue.​

​

​

​

Later in the evening we had a talk with EM Borbarad.​

He is building a new reward hall and wanted to hear our feedback about it.​

But most of all he showed he had a new pet dragon at the new house.​

​

​

​

He asked us to come up with a name and send it to him. ​

On Friday we went gambling!​

​

Maybe i need to talk to aunt Stella about her gambling addiction!​

On Saturday we traveled back to Corgul Island.​

​

​

​

A small but brave group of adventures worked well together to defeat Corgul.​

​

​

​

After Corgul we all gathered at Buccaneers Den Docks where Captain Seoman had many fabled nets to trow.​

​

​

​

Things get very messy when fighting the dreaded Lobsterman!​

On Sunday we fought in Medusa's lair.​

​

​

​

After several rounds we gave Medusa a well deserved nap!​

​

​

​

As you can see, she was death tired.​

It was another exciting week-end on Drachenfels!​

Friday we tried our luck at the gauntlet in Dungeon Doom.​

​

​

​

And like with all events we gathered at West Britain Bank.​

Saturday we went back to fight with Exodus.​

​

​

​

Great team work was shown to fight several rounds against the beast!​

On Sunday we had the final results of a all week-end fishing contest!​

​

​

​

It was a fierce battle between several fisherman but two of them where really very confident they where the best!​

Captain Seoman and Tony Fisher pushed each other to the limit with verbal fights.​

Only Stephen and Gilmour knew who was really the best.​

At the Magincia town hall the results was shown.​

I have my hands full to show you all what exciting things happened this week-end.​

On Friday there was the 29th Knuckleheads Auction.​

​

​

​

Every month it is bigger and better! Keep up the good work Knuckleheads and see you next month for the 30th!​

Saturday we first went to Ilshenar to fight Lord Oaks.​

​

​

​

We gathered Kirin Brains, Pixie Legs and Unicorn Ribs for those who needed them to gain access to Bedlam.​

In Bedlam we went to fight with the Monstrous Interred Grizzle.​

​

​

​

And if that was not enough the group decided to go fight the Bedlam Champion!​

​

​

​

It was a long day with lots of fun!​

On Sunday we helped the Three Eyed General to get back a jade rabbit statue.​

​

​

​

It was not easy but we did it!​

On all the events i keep seeing the community work well together and i'm proud to be part of them!​

On Friday Jigsaw had a challenge for us but he did not revealed much of his plans.​

He took us to the Abyssal Infernal Champion Spawn.​

After our defeat we went to the Tokuno Champion Spawn.​

Saturday we went back to Dungeon Doom to try our luck on to get some artifacts.​

This week we like to thank the man who always make it possible for us to go to the gauntlet!​

Friday Captain Seoman brought several white nets to trow at New Magincia Docks.​

​

​

​

He brought the good bait because "Lobsterman" made several appearances!​

On Saturday we had our first high seas adventure.​

First three ships captured two pirate captains.​

​

​

​

But after collecting the bounty they started to attack and plunder several merchant ships!​

Sunday EM Borbarad organised a PvP Event : Capture the Flag!​

​

​

​

Four groups been made and dropped of at the edges of the hedge maze.​

There where no rules and at the end the yellow team won.​

And although there are some questions if it was fair how the team won, it was clear there where no rules!​

We do thank EM Borbarad for the effort and fun he gave us .​

Even i had high doubts on this event in Felucca but i'm glad i was wrong about it. ​

Felucca people can behave and be nice if they want too.... most of the time! *wink*​

But EM Borbarad, next time , one or two rules can't hurt and the bagball a bit heavier! *big wink*​

The Moonglow Beer Garden was the place for our very first swap meet on Friday.​

​

​

More cake and cookies where eaten then items been traded!​

Saturday we tried to break our shard record at the void pool.​

​

We came close with 52 waves but the record stays at 55 waves.​

Maybe next time we can break the record!​

Our Sunday Exodus events stays to be very popular.​

​

​

​

Not only people keep returning for it, also new adventurers try their luck at Exodus.​

We also discovered that a part of Trinsic is covered with big spiderwebs.​

And a strange statue in the southwest corner.​

​

​

​

We have to keep a eye on these strange developments.​

We went to the 30th Knuckleheads auction on Friday.​

​

​

​

Every month this is a event to look forward too!​

Saturday we tried our luck at the Gauntlet.​

​

On Sunday we helped the three eyed general to retrieve back a jade dragon statue.​

​

​

​

More things seems to be going on in Trinsic.​

We found out that the statue now have guards.​

​

​

​

After some investigation we found out several rumors in Trinsic:​

​

Some days ago, giant spider webs have appeared in the western part of Trinsic. ​

The following rumors are spread at the markets and in the taverns of the country:​

The Guard of Trinsic has repeatedly tried unsuccessfully to remove the nets.​

The magicians of Trinsic have found a way to conjure up these spider webs out of nowhere. They earn a lot of gold by selling the spider silk.​

The magicians of Trinsic bring the gold they earn by selling the spider silk to the bank in Trinsic. The city occupies taxes like never before.​

A priest has been arrested by the Guard of Trinsic and now is arrested in jail. He spoke of a goddess, the weaver Zalindera, to be responsible for these webs.​

The magicians of Trinsic bring the gold they earn by selling the spider silk secretly to the bank in Moonglow. The city occupies as low tax as always.​

The Guard of Trinsic is pleased with the webs, because they block the western gate almost completely. Finally, the largest fortress on the continent now has a sort of a gate.​

The webs are the remnants of a failed experiment in order to transform a werewolf who is in jail of Trinsic into a new person. The transformation worked. The murderous werewolf has turned – wrapped in a cocoon - into a harmless man. But the spider webs will be now bury the whole city of Trinsic.​

A powerful sorceress has been seen in Trinsic. The next day, the webs have appeared. The sorceress was dressed all in dark black and had the face of an angel.​

Trinsic is only the beginning. Soon this will happen in all other cities, too.​

​

We have to keep a eye on these things,something is going on and we need stay alert!​

We payed Medusa a few visits on Friday.​

​

​

​

On Saturday we collected many grey robes at the Stygian Dragons lair.​

​

Man! He was on fire!​

Before the Exodus event on Sunday there was a disturbance between Jigsaw, Mac and a priest of Zalindera.​

​

​

​

Britain bank was crowded again with many brave adventures that joined another fight against Exodus.​

We picked up a few more rumors.​

But like with all rumors, some might be true some not.​

​

Rumors from Britain and elsewhere …​

On Sunday, the priest of the weaver - Alrik Ploetzbogen – arrived at the West Bank in Britain and spoke to the people who wanted to fight with Jigsaw against Exodus.​

Jigsaw and the priest have delivered a verbal duel.​

Jigsaw defeated the priest and Ploetzbogen has accepted Jigsaw as a God. ​

Ploetzbogen was pelted from the people with rotten tomatoes and offended he traveled back to Trinsic.​

Jigsaw and the priest have delivered a verbal duel. ​

Ploetzbogen has cursed Jigsaw at the end. Jigsaw suffers from Rotting-Wing-Disease and must stay in bed the next days.​

The people were so distracted by the appearance of the priest, that they have completely failed at Exodus. ​

There have been many seriously injured. ​

Jigsaw has announced he will take revenge for this.​

A man named Mac has accused Jigsaw of dishonest motives in the execution of his events.​

In the mountains west of Trinsic spider webs were seen.​

In the woods around Trinsic more and more spiders appear.​

Claire Repaire is lost in the sewers of Trinsic.​

Someone from the Council of Yew was seen together with Ploetzbogen as they stood reverently in front of the Zalindera altar in Trinsic.​

Last Friday we return to Bedlam to fight a few rounds against Grizzle.​

​

​

​

Afterwards we defeated the champion of Bedlam.​

On Saturday we tried to break our record at the void pool.​

​

​

​

Now and then things can go a little bit grey.... but it was a lot of fun!​

Sunday Trinsic was attacked by thousands of spiders.​

​

​

​

We had to recover a stolen book and we succeeded....​

But i think, this is just the beginning! ​

​

Several new rumors reached us:​

Elesil Daelwon had gathered the heroes on Sunday in the Counselors Hall to Britain to tell her travel stories of the past few months. She was very angry that​

a guardsman from Trinsic interrupted her. Therefore for the rest of the evening she​

was in a bad mood.​

The library of the Town Hall in Trinsic needs to be renovated after approx. 40 heroes with their animals were squeezed into the room.​

Jigsaw, the god of madness, was been seen several times in Trinsic near the altar of Zalindera. He seemed to study the altar in detail.​

Elesil Daelwon is a secret ally of Zalindera. She has quickly taken the book, which was found after the battle at Zalindera’s cave, so no one could read it. The book will never be published.​

A dragon has accidentally burned down half the library in Trinsic. The scribe Sybill therefore suffered a nervous breakdown after she returned to the Town Hall.​

The Guard is preparing a bill that entering a building of the city with a dragon is strictly prohibited.​

Alrik Ploetzbogen, priest of Zalindera, has placed an order in Skara Brae to produce 500 copies of the bible of Zalindera.​

We where invited for a public harrower on Friday.​

​

​

​

Many thanks go to the defenders who stood bravely against some murderers!​

​

Saturday we went to the center of the Stygian Abyss.​

​

​

​

Slasher gave us a "warm" welcome!​

​

​

​

On Sunday we had our twentieth Exodus event.​

​

​

​

Our ears picked up a few more new rumors:​

Zalindera is to be elected as governor in Trinsic. At the moment, she improves her reputation in Trinsic, by weaving Raiders and bringing them to Trinsic jail.​

The power of the weaver in Trinsic disappears. Her altar is damaged, the spider nets and cocoons disappear and dissolve.​

The priest of the weaver Alrik Ploetzbogen wanders around in Trinsic and prays at the altar and at the dissolving spider nets. He seems to hope for a miracle.​

The weaver has realized that she has no chance facing Elesil Daelwon and the heroes. She pulls back and plans to make a new attempt in a few decades.​

Jigsaw is responsible for freeing Trinsic from Zalindera. He and the Zalindera-priest Ploetzbogen have been fighting in Britain. Jigsaw grabbed Ploetzbogen by the throat, threw him to the ground like a rag doll and broke him several bones.​

The weaver moves from Trinsic to Yew. The Lord of the Council of Yew, Lord Yders ap Thul, has promised Zalindera and Alrik Ploetzbogen widespread support. The Lord even contacted the elves to also secure their consent.​

In Yew a Zalindera altar will be erected. The church of the weaver pays (privately) a sum of 45 million gold to the Lord of the city. ​

The Lord of the Council of Yew, Lord Yders ap Thul, has thrown Alrik Ploetzbogen out of his city and will punish him with death if he ever should come back.​

Friday was Doomsday.​

​

​

On Saturday City election has started.​

Candidates to become governor of the towns can put them on the city stone.​

​

​

​

In the evening a group of pirates plundered several merchant ships on the high seas​

​

​

​

Sunday EM Borbarad had a few announcements. ​

The second reward hall is ready to be used.​

​

​

​

EM Dramnar from Chesapeake helped with this task.​

Anyone who got a suggestion for a sensible division of the individual reward section can do that in a mail to EM Borbarad.​

Borbarad will build an enclosure where our mascot can move around in.​

A new event has started , it is time to find the best fisherman of Drachenfels!​

The fisherman with the most records of fish, crabs and lobsters will win!​

The event is from today and last until 1 September 2013.​

The fisherman will be awarded with a special title , which can be seen in its paperdoll!​

The title will be rewarded by Mesanna!​

The Knuckleheads gave us another wonderful auction on Friday.​

​

On Saturday Jigsaw wanted to play a game.​

He wanted us to kill a well known murderer.​

​

​

​

It only took Dwarfy fifteen minutes to find and kill him!​

Because the event was a bit short we decided to play a little with Slasher.​

​

​

​

Sunday morning the voting started to elect the town governors.​

​

​

​

We have one week to make our choice.​

On Sunday evening it was time to try our luck again with Exodus.​

​

​

​

For the twenty-second time we went to play with Exodus on Friday.​

Because it was not on our regular Sunday, less people could make it.​

Saturday Lobsterman gave us a hard fight in Magincia.​

​

​

​

It was a lot of fun.​

On Sunday Tuan ran around the counselors hall naked!​

​

​

​

But after some sailing we helped him back his memory.​

Now we only hope he remember where to find his clothing!​

Afterwards EM Borbarad told us a council meeting will come next Sunday.​

The King will meet all governors and citizens of Sosaria in his castle.​

Friday we tried our luck for artifacts at the gauntlet.​

Saturday we went toe to toe with the Stygian Dragon!​

Sunday the new elected governors had their first meeting with the King.​

Later in the evening we tried to help Elesil with the spider Goddess problem.​

​

But Jigsaw betrayed us all and Elesil was mortally wounded.​

We picked up a few new rumors:​

King Blackthorn has met the Governors. The Governor of Trinsic, Lady Ta'ira Tal, has claimed two city gates, a lighthouse, a barn, flowers, benches, more Moongates, several teleporters in the city, a bigger port and a castle as her seat. The king thinks about it. ​

In the Orc fort near Cove it came yesterday to a big fight between Elesil Daelwon and her supporters against orcs and spiders. Thus, the orcs seem to follow the goddess Zalindera. ​

The Governor of Trinsic, Lady Ta'ira Tal, was wearing openly the colors of Zalindera in the meeting with the King. The high priest of the weaver, Alrik Ploetzbogen, sat directly behind her. ​

Elesil Daelwon was seriously poisoned yesterday during the assault on the Orc Fort. The healers doubt her early recovery. ​

Jigsaw has openly changed to the side of the weaver Zalindera. In truth Jigsaw leads the Church of the Weaver and not Alrik Ploetzbogen. ​

Elesil Daelwon was slightly poisoned yesterday during the assault on the Orc fort. But she is all right again. ​

Jigsaw has switched to the side of the weaver Zalindera to spy the high priest Alrik Ploetzbogen. ​

King Blackthorn plans to arrest the governors, who have complained about the amount of weekly payments to the Crown (that means all) for high treason. The king wants to get rid off potential competitors for his power in Sosaria. ​

Elesil Daelwon was deadly poisoned yesterday during the assault on the Orc fort. The healers have advised her, soon to make her last will.​

Friday the knuckleheads gave us another lovely auction.​

Its always nice to go back to the auction house in New Magincia.​

Saturday we tried to break our records again at the void pool.​

The record of 55 waves is still standing but we had a lot of fun!​

And on Sunday we went to fight with Exodus again.​

We took a few newcomers with us and it seems they had a good time.​

And as always this event returns every two weeks!​

Saturday we went fishing for lobsters.... well....kinda! *winks*​

Inken was so kind to deliver us four big lobsterman to play with!​

EM Borbarad prepared a robe war on Sunday.​

As always in most Felucca events things always start chaotic!​

But in the end of the robe war.. the blue team won!​

At the first Friday of the month the knuckleheads keep their auction event.​

As always it was a big success.​

Saturday Kelly O'Brian was so kind to visit Corgul several times with his crew.​

​

They did three runs ,Felucca,Trammel and back to Felucca.​

I been told that a lot of items been collected from Corgul.​

It was our 25th visit to Exodus on Sunday.​

​

It stays great that so many people return to our events every week.​

We had a wide variety of events this week-end again on our beloved world!​

On Friday we tried to break our shard record of 55 waves at the voidpool.​

​

We did our best and came very close!​

​

​

​

54 waves! Maybe next time we will break our record!​

On Saturday we traveled to Dungeon Despise to fight with the Lords.​

​

​

​

It was good to learn several people the mechanics of this revamped dungeon.​

Sunday the governors and citizens had a meeting with the King.​

​

​

​

Later that evening Professor Grimm gave us the bad news that Elesil Daelwon had died!​

​

​

​

It seems that these followers of Zalindera are far more dangerous as we thought!​

​

We picked up a few more rumors :​

​

King Blackthorn has arrested the most powerful governors in their journey to the audience last night. Therefore, three chairs of governors remained empty.​

The Governor of Skara Brae, Lady Coco Zamis, has tried in the audience to raise the king against the Followers of Zalindera.​

King Blackthorn plays down the Zalindera matter, because he himself is a secret supporter of the Weaver.​

The Governor of Trinsic, Lady Ta'ira Tal, will create a design for a Trinsic city gate and will send it to the king. Rumors tell the image will show a big spider.​

More than 20 followers of Zalindera have held a public meeting yesterday evening at the Councilor Hall in Britain. Many visitors of the royal audience listened to the Followers, too.​

Jigsaw and Alrik Ploetzbogen have whispered several times with other followers of the Weaver during the meeting in the Councilor Hall, surreptitiously showing on Governor Coco Zamis.​

Professor Grimm last night investigated the new Zalindera altars in New Magincia and Yew. But the Professor has no idea what he can do against the altars. He therefore sent the heroes to the completely pointless search for dragon scales in order to have more time to think about what he could do.​

The Zalindera altar in New Magincia draws its strength from the blood of the Weaver, the altar in Yew from the skull of a dead man. Both altars are guarded by spiders, scorpions, orcs and ogres.​

Friday we had a ten round fight with the Stygian Dragon!​

Our two weekly Exodus event on Sunday is still a huge success.​

Before the Exodus event the traitor Jigsaw tried to reclaim "his" event from the bard MJ.​

One of the people in the crowd near the bank was not very happy with Jigsaw appearance.​

He pulls a knife and cut Jigsaw in the face.​

It angered Jigsaw and said he will kill everyone.​

The man was even more scared when he noticed no blood on the ground but a few gears.​

Jigsaw is not real?? ​

A machine? ​

Who or what has this kind of power to create something like this?​

So many things happened this week-end, I hope i can remember it all!​

On Friday EM Borbarad announced the fishing contest winner:​

It was an exciting head-to-head race between the fishermen’s Allanon and Paul Bocusse! ​

At the end Paul Bocusse has won with 18 record catches against Allanon with 11 record catches and is thus the “best” or the most eager fisherman of Drachenfels!​

Congratulations Paul Bocuse You won a title that still needs to be determined by Mesanna.​

The title will be awarded by Mesanna at the next possible date! Please note that you are not able to travel (with the awarded character) to other servers! It could happen that the title deletes itself during the transfer!​

I hope to get lots more fishing records, and I have already an idea for another long-term event!​

My brother tried to stop it but the damage was done.​

Stella will now try to fix the problem, but for now we need to stay away from Britain.​

On Sunday several of the best fisherman showed their biggest fish after a 3 day contest from the Knuckleheads.​
