EM Announcement The Royal Knights of the Crux Ansata, Status Report. July 2013

I wanted to give an update on the Crux Ansata to answer a lot of the questions.

The ranking system is staying the same as last season, and all points have been reset.

#1: We have 230 individual names in the list.
#2: 52 people have attended at least 3 events
#3: 19 people have attended at least 6 events
#4: Alexander and Solus are tied for the most points so far and are the only ones with perfect attendance.

The ranking system is very bottom heavy, meaning to reach the rank of corporal for this season requires A LOT of events. Currently, no one has reached that point, but we will reach the first promotion level soon.

I haven't decided on a rank item for this season, we could do sashes again... although aprons have been mentioned as well. I am open to feedback and suggestions on that.

Personally, I prefer the sashes. That allows me to still use my Tangle in battle. And besides that, I really see no point in changing it since there are so many sashes out there already.

I like sashes or maybe suit pieces. Like at a differnt promotion, a new piece is added to the suit. Example:

Promo 1: Arms
Promo 2: Tunic

Just my opinion. Also, I have a few questions that I forgot to ask lastnight.

1) Whatever item that is chosen, will our names be on them?
2) Will they be the default color or the Awesome Blue color?!

I definitely would like a different clothing item besides a sash. So many shards do sashes! I recommend:

Caps !!

But honestly, I think Caps would be awesome (And totally not done on any other shard). They would stand out too when we have formal meetings!

Perhaps not, but headgear is typically a more important piece for a suit than the sash.

I know alot of mages who depend on the 10 LRC. I would say both are equally important.

How many people even "fight" without their stuff on anyways? RP items for me go on for the meet, but once fighting starts I just swap gear.

Honestly, shes also a tamer. When your GDragon is doing all the work, you don't really need to have the best armor on.

Its nothing personal btw, I use a tamer on GL for events, and have a horrible suit. All I need on that suit is 100 LRC /bandaids, and Im good to go

Actually, with my suit on, I seem to last longer than most tamers I know. Also, I still use spells even with my pets attacking, and there have been several events where my dragon/Cu has proved useless, and I've simply used spells instead, so my pet is hardly doing all the work.

I will freely admit I have gotten lazy when it comes to game play. Tamer is about all I play even before the break lol. One button macro to vet and gheal rules

All I was saying was that is much easier for a tamer to be wearing their RP stuff in a fight, then most other types of characters.

I was looking for something that stands out over my dress-I use an LT sash during fighting-but out comes the leet bank sitting gear when im at role play

Besides if you do a whole suit-there will be no question while escorting the king-we will all look the same.

To bad there isnt a banner we could hold, that would be kool too

I've attended every Crux event this year (and Atlantic event for that matter) and have been present for every roll call on both Mager Payne and Oktavier. How's that possible that I don't have perfect attendance?

Olcher, not 100% sure, but if I had to guess, it was the "Fall of the Black Tower" which wasn't announced outside of game but rather was based off the timer that was set for the Black Tower to expire. The timer was ticking down for about 6 months and I felt the need to do something when it wound down to zero. I didn't have an exact time to advertise the event because of server down times, maintenance and time zone adjustments, the time was always changing. It was announced via the town criers though the day of.

Addie, The Time Lord and Lord Wellings all converged in the same place at the same time and tossed the Black tower into the Font of Oblivion and then sealed it. There was light spawn and no reward, the whole thing was about 15 min and was only worth 1 Crux Point, most events are worth 3 to 5.

I only do promotions when there are at least 5 to 10 people to promote, I wouldn't worry about it too much you are in good company.
