Anyone who can self reflect and has any notion about the game can tell you many of the problems it has...

Point I will agree with though? Gear has nothing to do with a player. I have seen many players with some of the best gear, that could not PLAY their JOB PROPERLY.

A players skill in of itself is what makes the job work. Not the gear.
