[Auction] Ter Mur house

As I'm 'slimming down' my UO presence for the foreseeable future, I'd like to see what sort of offers I can get on this house. Directly south east (down screen) from the Ter Mur moongate as shown on the radar map, next to the road, 18x18, currently designed as a ruined fort although I've been busy stripping deco from it. Name is Aerian Stronghold, owned by Vultan.

For now this 'auction' is speculative and I reserve the right not to sell if I'm unhappy with the price - I can transfer it to my other account that's staying open - but it would be nice to let someone have it that will get use out of it. Post offers here please!

Seems to be more housing spots available now,I have seen at least 3 or 4 places in trammel where you can place a keep. So it might be difficult at this time to find a buyer.
