[Price Check] Taking offers on Rare Gingerbread cookies and other rares

I've recently run into some personal issues and may have to sell most, if not all of my collection. Therefore I am taking offers on one of my most cherished rares.

My house is located on the road south of luna, just before you enter the cave, if anyone would like to see anything-- It is named Perfection Confections-- Bakery and Novelties! I have all sorts of things, especially holiday items, like stag foods, carrots, eggs, ect. Not everything is locked down, however.
