Tactics wont raise over 25

I got like 200 points left and it wont raise past 25.The skill is not locked,and arrow is pointed up.I've tried dying once on purpose,no go.Before i had 32.2 tactics wouldn't raise past that,so i soulstoned the 32.2,and flushed it from the stone.Then i bought up24 tactics,then started to work it,then it got to 25 and just stopped again.


Help!!

Go to New Haven and buy up to 40.0 skill from the NPC. Then take his quest and use the fast gain area and fight the undeath. You should be at 50 skill in no time.

Also, tactics needs to be within range of the skill of what you're fighting, UOguide has a guide for it if I remember
