[Swordsmanship] Swordsmanship quest problem

Recently our family of crafter,s have emigrated to LA. DungHook Our mining brother went to Jockles in heaven to learn swordsmanship. Was promised a firm handshake and a fancy sword, if I remember correctly. When he reached 50 skill in swordsmanship.
However when returning to Jockles after training hard to earn his reward. He was treated rudely and booted out the door.

Here Jockles is caught in the act as he insults a hard working citizen of minoc.
Swordsmanship is at 51.3.

Do you have any skill jewelry on? Usually you would get a reminder (both a sound and a pink text in the journal) that let's you know when you complete the quest...
