Sorry for the late response, F~G (Fisherman's Guild of New Magincia) has blue marlin bait with 1,090 charges which you can use as you wish. Muck, you can sell some of those fish on our guild stall in New Magincia.

@Muck: Thanks for your offer, but i dont buy fish. I prefer to fish them on my own. Fishing is more like a hobby: it doenst require expensive equipment and can get you little surprises if you show enough patience with it.​

@Nimuaq: Thanks, but i wasnt really looking for myself. I am shifting most of my activity to DF and I was thinking about hijacking a transfer from EU to DF with blue marlin bait. (I would have waited until the 15'th anni gifts were handed out.) But I have got some blue marlin baits on DF on my own meanwhile.​
