Buying Armor Studded/Bone Leggings with lots of properties (details in post)

looking for bone / studded legs

resist: fire must be 19 unenhanced (absolute minimum would be 16)
other resist: dont care

min. lmc: 3

stats as much as you have. 8 stam and some dex is a must
ideal would be: 5str 4-5dex 8stam 8mana

manareg as much as possible

bonus:
- hpreg
- stamreg
- eater (kinetic or damage)

Bone doesnt hit 19 fire unenhanced.
Pro tip on how these artifacts work resist wise: The individual resists will either be the armor type's Maximum resist or it's Lowest resist. No inbetween.
For example, Studded unenhanced max individual resists are 17 19 18 18 19. Bone unenhanced max individual resists are 18 18 19 17 19.
