[Price Check] Strange mislabeled vet reward statuette

I know this isn't a rare.. but I have never seen something like this and just an explaination of how it happened would be helpful for me in understanding it.

The graphic is of a gazer. It's listed on the text as an Ophidian Statuette. Gazer's are 5th year rewards, Ophidian's are 4th year.

Just a bugged item? Just curious because I personally have never seen anything like it.

Agreed! I am not interested in trying to mislead and or pass this off as a rare I just hope someone knows a bit about how this happened and or how rare it is.
