Still looking for a balanced archery "Mage Weapon" with a hit spell.

The higher the spell chance the better. The weapon must be have the "Mage Weapon" mod, be balanced and must have a hit spell, prefereably over 40%, though 30s may have to do. Impressive bonus points for SSI, HCI, HLD and SC mods.

I know I asked in another post for something like this and with SC a requirement. I can see there is little chance of finding a supperb balanced SC archery weapon, so SC is no longer a requirment.

I am also aware this is a tall order. So, I will pay very well.
