Sticky Plz on Resizing!

Hey all. I am hoping that some astute souls might possibly post info here on how to properly resize a house; inclusive of all restrictions and stipulations. Searching the UO forums, guide, and fabled data base has me still wondering as to a non-cataclysmic procedure.

I would emphasize this as it is dangerous if you do not know the rules. There was another thread somewhere on this, and it had some good ideas for the Devs to consider.
