1) Currently, you can not execute a direct steal on a STACK of items that is too heavy. You will always fail and will never be able to take just a portion from the stack unless you attempt a random steal.
2) When executing a random steal, you will target items that are blessed or insured. Essentially making random steals totally useless. What is the purpose of trying a random steal if you will target one of dozens of insured or blessed items rather than one of their almost valueless uninsured items?
3) Bags of sending can not be stolen. They do not function as containers, they should not receive the benefit of being containers. Currently, if a thief wishes to take a bag of sending, we must kill the owner. This is silly. It's high time it be fixed so we can steal bags of sending.
