General stat and skill loss

This morning I was in Prism (Trammel) doing the Shimmering and all of a sudden I noticed I couldn't cast colossus and was messaged that I didn't have enough skill for that spell (I'm 120). Then I looked at my bars and saw that I was in stat loss.

I was with 2 other players (all of us blue of course, and all allied). One saw me as orange and the other saw me as green.

Fortunately I regained my stats and skills before Shimmer died.

Needless to say I was pretty upset by this :(

I use EC if that could make a difference.
