Starting again :)

Hello,

I recently wanted to start playing UO again after a break of a few years. My friend and I used to share an account that had some decent characters on it. Unfortunetly that account has long gone (I think my friend eventually gave it away) and I am forced to start again. I have taken advantage of the free trial but really can't stand the thought of starting from stratch again with a 0 month account.

I do hope this question is not a little cheeky, and is allowed on this board, but would anyone have an old account that they no longer use that they could give to me? Doesnt have to have anything of value on it, just a good account age so I can eventually get vet rewards again.

That sounds like a very kind offer! My old account used to have a tamer, a crafter and a fisherman, along with a warrior, I think. But that was along time ago now 1998-2004 approx.

Anything would do, just to get me started again. I'm playing around with a trial account right now, learning the ropes again. I've got a few days left. It's hard because everything seems so expensive and there are not many venders around. Thanks for taking the time to reply

Play for 6 months and you get the stat points.

You wouldnt noticed the difference between 250 and 255 stats(once eaten a +25 stat)

Yes have decided to just start again in a couple of weeks. Won't take too long to make some good toons again I hope, hehe.

Not at all. If you can get someone to make you some fairly good armour you'll be fine.
