Stable Question

Ok if I fill my stable with pets based on bonus slots for skills, then soulstone my skills to change templates for a few days, then stone taming back, will my pets still be there or are they lost?

They will still be there. I stoned over my skills to a new tamer with 5 or 6 pets in the stables and they stayed. Just don't take them out or you wont be able to stable them again until you stone the skills back over. Also its better keep them tucked away for loyalty's sake while you're skills are low.
