Double Axe Of Slaughter

- Hit Lightning 20%
- Hit Fire Area 20%
- HCI 5%
Only 4 mods so it is possible to imbue SSI to swing at max speed (and/or raise Hit Lightning).
Double Axe has Double Strike special move, and it can also be altered to Dual Short Axes (for Gargoyles), which has both Double Strike and Infectious Strike (and is even faster).
I don't know anyone else having found a clean Splintering 30 weapon so I'm hesitating between keeping or selling, but since I don't PvP much it really depends how much it is worth.
