[Treasure Hunting] Splinter weapons

I have been gone from the game for awhile. I know you can obtain splinter weapons from treasure chests in both IIsh and Ter-mur. These weapons are either gargoyle or older human weapons in by which I mean it seems to be everything but weapons from tokuno. Can you now get splintering weapons from tokuno chests? If no where can I get these style weapons?

I don't do enough Tok chests to help much here. Any T-hunter's work a lot in Tok?
