Spirit speak question

I have a few questions about spirit speak.
Does fast cast and fast cast recovery affect this skill?
Also, How much is the max that can be healed?
I looked at the stratics guide but by my calculations the andswer was 6...

fast cast does not affect it. it is interuptable i usualy heal around 20 -25 if there are no corpses around (im at 120)
