Yes it is Blend. it's located south of where you were in the video just a couple of screens.

Your video reminds me of how much work I still need to do though.

I'm always tinkering with my designs. Always finding new, different, better ways to do things. I've already changed a few things in that outpost, but just decorations part. I guess this is what I love about UO and what keeps me playing and paying.
