No Antique and Brittle items can not be PoF'd. Only repaired they start out at 255, the item was used. which is why the reserve is set lower.

Antique – Increased durability loss, can be powdered 3 times. Each powder will reduce max durability to 250, 200, and 150 respectively. Can be repaired.
From uoguide.com I know vvv artifacts that are antique can't be pof but I thought that was just broken cause it was VvV.

Just tried it, no luck on pofing it

antique can be pofed, just not jewels. since no jewels at all can be pofed, they basically antique & hidden brittle.
