Gus, I'm pretty sure that rune is given out to new characters created in the new client, so I don't think it's rare.

im as fair as fair gets this auction is dependent to when my reserve is met on an item. when they reserve is met the bidder will receive notification that the reserve has been met and if no one else bids on that item within 5 hours of that announcement then it will be sold to the higher bidder. as of right now the reserves have not been met. my reserves are not crazy and are a little less than what i actually bought them for.
