Selling Atlantic Tram Keep On the Water near the Crossroads. It has a little custom work done with the new stone stuff. It also has a 4th floor above it built with Gozas. I am starting out asking 2.5b for it. You are welcome to post your top dollar that your willing to pay if it is below 2.5b...but I am not in any rush to sell so I plan to wait and see if I can get my asking price.
