Portal to Fel Dungeon Deciet, run to snow, then run east to water. The castle is by mountain and water.

The spawn is safe (polar bears, walrus). There is usually a healer next to castle or a little bit south. The water is along the east side of the castle, a great place to park your boat. The mountain is along the northwest portion of the castle.

It's priced at 75 mil. Please send me a message this board. I'll check it periodically.
