Sleep and Stoneform

Sleep notes say it should be broken by damage and Stoneform should be able to resist paralysis. Both isnt working.
So are the publish notes wrong or its not working as intended?

Logrus – Sleep is broken by damage over a specific threshold, but not broken by self damage. Stone form is broken in that it seems its not applying the damage bonus correctly but stone form does not resist paralysis it resists curses and poison and increases resist.
