So I had an issue with text displaying on top of the Skills Tracker and I sent an in-game Bug Report. They replied:
"Please be aware that the skill tracker and the skill gump are two different UI elements that can be moved individually. I would suggest moving the tracker ( Skills must be in the Custom tab ) out of in front of the skill gump by click-dragging the green swirl button to another location in the view port."
But that is *not* the problem. The problem is this:
