Unfortunately no

Yup!! You should keep your eyes peeled for Sarah in the next publish. A little bird told me that she might also be taking pity on people who forgot to turn in their red crystals.

will the SOT's be returning to the puzzle room?

Not likely. Currently, the plan is to have the 3.0 SoTs as one of the possible rewards for killing the SA bosses (Navrey, Medusa, Stygian Dragon). A 1.0 version will drop from the Renowned mini-bosses.

are we expecting any new major story arcs?

Yes. Our new found friends will be helping us rebuild Magincia.
