[Ninjitsu] Shurriken

I can't find a reference page to back this up, but can anyone who has 100 ninjitsu verify this?

Does having 100 trained Ninjitsu allow you to throw shurriken while weilding a bow that doesn't have the 'balanced' property? Or any amount of trained ninjitsu? I have 94 Ninja + 26 in items, and I cannot throw a shurriken unless I'm weilding a balanced bow.

You always need a free hand to use a shuriken, no matter what your ninjitsu level.

Ok thanks - then I'll need Balanced on any bow I wanna throw a poisoned shurriken with!
