[Stealth] Shadowjump graphic in EC

I read 'little puff of smoke', on my machine it looks more like a giant flash of light. 'hide effect w tree' ... so much nope mostly.

Does everyone with EC see the flash of light? I am wondering how it is supposed to be useful to sneak around with that graphical effect? I await your enlightenment,

***Update - I opened second account/client tested it myself. YES I see a giant flash of light. How does this affect PvM, or PvP/Stealing from players ?
