Setting to Offset Gumps?

Wasn't there a setting to offset the gumps when they open? I have paperdolls opening over the top of my spell icons and find that very annoying. I haven't found a way to move them. But I seem to remember, at least in the 2D client, that there was a setting to open gumps on top of each other or to choose to have them offset.

I am using the Stone Enhanced and don't see that option, unless I am just completely overlooking it.
