just recently pulled out a older peep and tried to use serpents arrow i have 120 archery 100 base and hunter's headress.90 poisoning and 91 tactics 65 base rest from jewelry i cant seem to use a primary and or a secondary ability do i have to have my base to 90?any help would be appreciated thx

Yeah, I just saw your PM and I wouldn't know anyway. I've never used Serpents Arrow.

its the archers poison arrow when having poison you stand a good chance to hit opponont with a deadly poisoned arrow..i had to have 90 tatcics at real skill no jewelry involved to do it so im making changes to my peep as we speak Golem bashing for the 90 tactics..and got the imbuer back out to make new jewels..thx again
