Someone needs to be brave and click the ad, then copy the URL and blacklist it in Stratics AdSense account. (I'm assuming its AdSense since it has the Google Ad symbol in the upper right hand corner).

these ads showed up on my mobile device earlier, even after you applied your filters. this device is work oriented, and i havent ever visted a dating site or a porn site on it, ever. you may want to check your ad revenue vs target audience settings
