Not at all...you type in GMT and that's what it shows you...mountain time is usually abbreviated MST...there are no initialisms that mean mountain time that contain a G...

That's what the -6 is for. It's 6 hours behind GMT, where it is almost 5:00 right now, and was noon 5 hours ago. Now it makes sense why you were confused ^^
