Statue Makers come in Deed form now, can't get the blocks anymore

If I remember correctly, they come in deed form when you've used them. If you claim one as a reward, it comes as a block. I normally buy the blocks around 35mil, but have paid as much as 55mil. Nothing really special here, just a vet reward.
