security ease causes window to flash

runs fine as normal on win7 but when I change the security (user account) for win7 to the lowest level - never notify then I get a periodic flash of the uo game window. about every 5 seconds.
when i changed the settings back to default and restarted then flash went away.

That is weird. However in my professional opinion you should never set UAC to low. That popup you have to click my very well save you from a nasty infection.
