Can you provide some additional information on this issue? The more information I have to go off of the better my chances of tracking down the problem. What shard did it occur on, what approximate date did it occur on, what type of container was it, approximately where is the house that it occurred on, was it a custom house, are you the house owner or any other information that you think may be pertinent?
