If your ok with brittle and harm, this would work:

Current imbue weight is 320/450 with 3 of 5 mods.

You could do SC and have 30 weight left, which I guess I'd dump on like 10 lower D or 14 lower attack.

you can imbue 50 Lighting or Fireball on it.
Then it will be Splintering 20, Lightning 50, SC -1. Meet the conditions.
