i am sure that for you old professionals this is old. But for some newbies like me it might be helpful. Yesterday i tried to get my anniversary gifts on an old account with old chars on ATL but only some chars did get gifts, most not.
I asked one of the three new "Advisors" (we can be jealous, on Europa I still count none...) and they immediately contacted a GM (yes ATL has that too...i am jealous again). Anyway, he said, there is a simple way to get the gifts for these chars:
- got to a bank, open your bankbox (say "Bank")
- log out
- log in again
and yay! the gift is there....
that worked perfectly. I hope that maybe helps.
